Not receiving calls, incorrect number

My phone number was ported from Vodafone on 29/11 to Three but I am unable to receive calls. When people dial me says “incorrect number”. I have tried chatting with 3 daily online, but getting no joy at all, and suspect it is a split port issue. Was promised they would sort by 1st December, but still not working, don’t know what else to do, can anyone help me please?

I feel like I am going through something similar. Seems to be a pattern emerging. Not a good time to switch to three I think. Get a complaint logged

I have the same thing. My daughter’s phone moved from Sky to 3 and it cannot receive incoming call. Says number is not recognised. I have tried calling 3 over and over again and have technical support. Tried to change the SIM and tried in new phone but still not working. We are getting nowhere. Anyone got any tips?
