Not receiving text or calls on payg sim

Hi,

I am not receiving text or calls on my new payg sim even though i can send texts/calls to others. How can i correct this please? thank you

Hello.

Oh, that's a frustrating issue to be having. Do you know what happens when people try to call or text you? 
Can you also confirm if you transferred a number into Three from another network?

Hi, thanks for your help. I have actually resolved the issue as by sorting blocked numbers! thank you anyway.
