Paying my sons bill

Hi can I make a payment on my sons account he can’t afford to pay

Yes you can;via the app or customer service (he’d need to consent to you accessing his account first). You can also make a payment via online banking,the account details to enable you to do this are on the Three website. You can also send a cheque.
