I have just arrived in France, I have purchased the right roaming data add on but my phone will not connect to the Three network at all.
I have tried turning airplane mode on and off and also restarting my phone to see if it will connect to the network but nothing.
Can you please help?!

Probably because 3 don't operate there. Go to your phone settings and see what carriers show up as available; one should work thanks to partnership arrangement.
