Phone won’t connect to network abroad

I have just arrived in France, I have purchased the right roaming data add on but my phone will not connect to the Three network at all.

I have tried turning airplane mode on and off and also restarting my phone to see if it will connect to the network but nothing.

Make sure your spend cap isn't set to zero, and that your credit limit isn't set to £1

Probably because 3 don't operate there. Go to your phone settings and see what carriers show up as available; one should work thanks to partnership arrangement.
