Purchased Go Roam Europe but not received by email to confirm

Hi there. Been trying to purchase Go Roam for Europe this morning. After actually purchasing it twice because I couldn’t find any info suggesting the order had properly gone through I discovered I have 2 passes, neither of which is active. 
I came here to look for info because live chat won’t launch and now I’m concerned because I haven’t received any emails to confirm I have purchased the add on and a lot of people seem to have had a similar issue where it never activates. 
Does anyone have any advice? I’m on a monthly plan and just recently became a three customer. Thanks.

We're sorry to hear that you had these issues when purchasing a Go Roam pass. 

Could you please confirm, does the pass show in your My3? Also, have you travelled yet? 

To clarify, the Daily Go Roam Pass is triggered as soon as you use any of your plan's allowances in a Go Roam destination. It won't activate before then to ensure that you get the full duration of the pass on your trip.
