I went to Greece last week for a week and purchased a 7 day roaming pass. Whilst there I was constantly inundated with messages saying my roaming pass had been activated, with every message showing a different expiry time and date. Since returning to the UK I am still receiving the messages, but at a much slower rate and with a consistent expiry time and date.
Anyone had this issue before and know what's going on?
yesterday
I haven't had exactly the same experience as you, but did receive a plethora of text messages every day saying "Welcome to the USA" when I was there a year ago.
Apart from that, the Data Passports worked seamlessly, like a dream.
And, I was able to make and receive calls and retrieve voicemails with no issues.

Hello there, Stuart.
Ah, that's not so great. It sounds like there must have been a glitch or something like that. Hopefully the texts will have eased off by now. That's not the normal behaviour when travelling, so you shouldn't have that happen every time you go abroad.
Pete.
