Constant messages but data roaming unavailable

I’m currently in France and have been for the past 9 days using daily roaming charges of £2.

Today for some reason I’ve received over 50 messages from Three telling me that I have unlocked my UK allowance for Go Roam in Europe destinations. However i have been unable to use mobile data all day. The phone is showing signal but nothing works. 

Any idea how to fix this? I’ve tried turning the phone off and on and even done the latest iOS software upgrade but no joy.

Welcome to the Three Community!

That's not good to hear your services aren't working whilst roaming. Have you managed to gain access to the services since you posted? Also, your spend cap may have reached it's limit meaning the £2 charge won't have gone through. You can check this via your Three app if this needs increased.
