My services were cut off due to late payment of my bill. I have now payed it but my services are still restricted. I usually get a text to say either my services will be on within 2 hours or that they are in and to restart my phone. I have also rang 333 to see if there is a couple of pence outstanding on the bill and there is nothing to pay

This sounds really frustrating, as you say usually services are restored within 2 hours, did you manage to get back online in the meantime?
