Roaming Greece

Good day! My father is a seaman and his ship is currently docked at greece. I initially loaded a 75gb data pack with 12gb roaming to this account however the roaming allowance didnt last long so I decided to load a data add on of 10gb which says can be used as a roaming allowance. However, he cant use it as roaming data.

Hello there. 

When using roaming on Pay as You Go, there is a 6GB fair use limit each month. Activating a new data pack doesn't refresh that limit. 

Data can still be used beyond the 6GB limit, but at a cost. If he wants to do that, he will need to have an allowance on the account, which you've confirmed he has already, plus a credit on the account to cover the data charges.
