I have followed all of the instructions on the My3 app (switched it on from settings on my phone and the app) but, whenever I leave the Wi-Fi, my data doesn’t work and I cannot receive any calls or text messages. I really need roaming to work because I am in a different city and have no way of contacting anyone or get any directions.

Hi @Nicky23 

Hope you're well. Have you made sure that you don't have a £0 spending cap on your account, preventing you from the GoRoam daily charges? You should be able to edit this within the Three App. Check this out for more information - https://www.three.co.uk/go-roam

Also to make sure that the network is connecting, go into settings, network selection and set this to automatic.

Hi Lee I have the same issue but I cannot for the life of me see where I can take off the spend cap, the option to set is is just not there for me?? Any help would be great.

It's does look like there is maintenance going on with Three app and My3 as a whole which means the Spending Limit isn't showing.
