Your reply (with respect) is blandishment personified. You know (as a member of staff) that it’s up to the individual customer to check coverage in their area before signing up to any network. Three customer service will not be able to fly over from India and erect a mast and unless there’s an issue within a particular area then all the customer will get is tea and sympathy.

Thanks for signing up to the community to share that info. They must be doing something right with 10.3 million customers. As with all mobile networks coverage varies from area to area. Also they are in the process of switching off 3g and replacing with 4/5g so maybe there is work going on in your area at the moment. O2 haven’t even started the switch off yet so Three will be way ahead of them and we will all be enjoying a minimum of 4g download speeds.
