Tried to move number from smarty to three, was told the number transfer has been completed, but still can’t text or receive calls/msgs with the number ported over

Sorry to hear about the delay with your port. There's 2 common reasons this can happen either a software issue, or there could be a split port.
I'd recommend to check Split CLI on Porting number as this may just be a case of resetting your network settings so that your ported number is recognised by the phone first.
If not, and it's now passed 24 hours since your number was due to activate on Three, please get in touch, customer services will need to raise the issue with our porting team, who will work with our colleagues in Smarty to clear up the delay with your number moving across.
