Split port in from lebara

Hi i recently ported in from lebara and i think it was a split or partial port. I cannot receive calls or sms also i cannot register the number in the app it says

"This number doesn't match our records. Please try again". 

I called customer services but no help they keep saying wait 24/48 hours this is normal. I ported another number in last week and it had no issues.
