I’ve come from EE and Vodafone prior to that, seriously considering thinking of going back to EE and paying a couple of pounds extra for a phone I can use!
Yes even in my town the 5G is quite poor, despite it being a large town. There's no indoor 5G. And it flicks between H+/4G/4G+ a lot. Now three, along with EE and Vodafone are switching all 3G off by the end of 2024. (O2 2025) I hope three improves the signal. To be fair three is the only network that gives a good signal between Derby and Birmingham on the train. The others are non existent especially around Tamworth.
In my experience from 2019 three did offer poor signa and none existent services. But for my area they improved however sad to see this issues still going on 2-3 years later
