Hi, every time I try to connect to Three TFL wWiFi I get asked for username and password. I followed all the advice I can find on line, e.g. reset network settings, latest iOS etc but still won’t work. Anybody been able to resolve this. Three chat told me to contact TFL, but they’ve told with issue lies with Three.

Hello.
It sounds like a device configuration issue, as those networks don't use a Wifi Password or Username that the user can enter. I'd recommend using the reset menu to reset the network settings, including Wifi settings, and then try again.
Pete.

Hi Pete, I’ve done that already as I’ve seen it mentioned in other posts. It didn’t work for them or me, any other suggestions? Dave

Hi Dave,
For iOS there shouldn't really be any extra steps or settings to customise. Here's the support page for Underground Wi-Fi. Normally you'd just connect to the Three_WIFI network. And as you've mentioned there's been the odd post where resetting network settings helped.
Which model of iPhone and iOS version are you using? Can you confirm which stations you've encountered this issue at?
Thanks,
Jonathan

Hi @Garv,
Did you get a chance to check out my last response? Happy to look at this further but we'll need some more info about your phone and where the issue is occurring.
Thanks,
Jonathan
