The network has been down here for nearly 2 weeks.Customer service is useless and the online checker just says there is an issue. Does anyone know a way of finding out what is actually happening?

Are you a phone or broadband customer? Have the team advised if there is work being carried out in the area or when you're likely to get an update? Has this been raised with our technical team?

I have raised this as a complaint but it was then closed as it couldn't be resolved. The status checker just says there is an issue in this area. Customer services just keep giving the same cut and paste response. It's pretty poor. I wouldn't mind if someone could give me a timescale but apparently nobody can.

I'm in the same boat, what area are you in by the way ? I'm b36 post code. I can only assume from the date mine went down was the storm damaged local mast but it's so annoying not getting any information from them or a time span for repair. Considering I'm paying for it still....

Up in Scotland, but I feel your pain. Customer services just give you the same cut and paste reply that is so annoying. Do complain though - I managed to get some money back, but it is a very poor service. Definitely going to change provider
