I've upgraded my phone and I'm trying to set up my three app. However I'm not receiving my three otp to set it up.
All other apps and websites otp are coming through just not threes. Any help would be appreciated

We're sorry for any disruption this caused. There was a temporary delay with OTP codes being sent, but this should now be resolved. Please let us know if you're experiencing any further disruption with this today.

I had similar issue yesterday, 3 support chat weren't very helpful. For me it appears the missing OTP messages eventually came through many hours later, which was no use ! Just tried again now and did get an OTP, so hopefully whatever issue there was has resolved itself.
