I received a trade in value from Three of £400 for my old device - iPhone 14 pro 128gb. Ingram then emailed after receiving my device to say the device received was different to the one specified. They claim I specified I had the 1TB version and revised the trade in value to £320. I have live chat transcripts from Three which clearly state the £400 value is for the 128GB version. I have sent the transcript to Ingram, emailed/called multiple times but can never get a response.
Can anyone help please? Three seem uninterested/wont help.
