How long are voicemails stored?

Is it 14 days if not listened to, and 7 days if you do listen to them?

Can you please confirm the number of days please? Because yesterday evening (6th May) I've tried to get the saved voicemail from 23rd April, and there wasn't any. And between 6th May and 23rd April there's only 13 (thirteen) days.

Hi @tarantella,

The Voicemail service has been recently updated. On the new system it should be 22 days for a message you haven't listened to, or haven't chosen to save, and saving a message will retain it for 15 days.

There's also a storage limit which equates to approximately 130 messages, assuming these are all 30 seconds long.

Is there any way to get them back? Customers should have been told about this. Many of us will have lost precious messages from loved ones who are no longer with us.

I'm sorry, Voicemail message can't be recovered once they're removed from the system.
