Why doesn't (YouTube) RTMP Live Stream work over Three Mobile Network?

I have been trying to set up a live YouTube stream while out and about using my iPhone on the Three network.

Nothing I have tried actually works though, so I'm guess that Three is blocking RTMP stream upload.

Is this something that can be fixed?
