Three’s network status checker shows an issue with our local mast. This has been ongoing for a few weeks in the CF63 area and has been confirmed by customer services.
Today, my partner and I have both lost Wi-Fi calling so now can’t make calls. We both have different phones (Pixel and iPhone) and nothing we do will bring Wi-Fi calling back. Could this be to do with the mast fault?

Same here, WiFi calling completely stopped working today, which is a nightmare because my flat has terrible signal at the best of times. I really hope this is a temporary issue because I literally can't make or receive phonecalls like this.

Ours is back now. I hope it lasts. We did get a weeks’ credit for the issues so it may be worth giving them a call.
