WiFi at London underground stations

  • I am struggling to connect to  WiFi at stations. The guidance online doesn't match what I see on my phone. I use Moto G73 5G and I have reset the network too but nothing seems to help. I will try to  attach a screenshot of the choices I get to connect.

I'm conscious that we didn't get into the underlying issue you were reporting as there were some difficulties in uploading a screenshot. Did you manage to make any progress with this?

When you've mentioned guidance not matching, was that in relation to this page: https://www.three.co.uk/support/device-support/free-wifi-on-london-underground

Are you able to walk us through what you're experiencing if there's still an issue? For example are you having trouble locating the Three_WIFI network, or are there error message(s) when trying to connect to this?

I get the camera icon but when I click it theres no option to attach the image.

Hi @Moods60,

Sorry we can't support filesharing links on our Community, just for data security. You should be able to add images natively using the Community text editor when you reply though, look for the camera symbol:

Any image you upload to a post should become available after we've given it a review.

I tried the camera icon but it doesn't give the option to attach a file.

That's really strange. As Pete says you should usually get an option to "drag and drop", and that's still working fine when we test this. Most browsers should also support copy pasting an image into the text box too.

Just below the text box you should see a message that says "drag and drop here or browse files to attach"
