I’ve realised tonight I am unable to call out, receive calls or texts via WiFi. I last used it a few weeks ago and it worked fine. I have no mobile data signal where I am so I need the WiFi calling for emergencies. I have checked the network provider within my settings on iPhone and it says three 58.0 but when I tap it doesn’t give me an option of updating.

Hello @Scottiebee,
Have you been able to use Wi-Fi calling since you reported this? If not, please confirm the device model that you're using.
Thanks,
Michael

Hey everyone,
I've noticed a few posts on this topic recently, can you all let me know which specific model of phone you're using?
Thanks,
Jonathan

Having the same issue here using iPhone on Carrier settings 50.1. Even after resetting network settings. No carrier settings update offered when clicking on settings>general>about.
again, has worked flawlessly for yrs and wifi calling on other networks (eg sky mobile) is working fine on other phones on this same wifi connection.

Hi @Scottiebee,
I'm sorry to hear you've not been able to use Wi-Fi calling for the past few weeks.
Usually, we'd first suggest checking for a carrier update through: Settings > General > About, where a prompt would appear if one is available.
Have you tried connecting to a different Wi-Fi network, just to see if it works?
Please also reset your network settings on the device. You can do this through the following steps:
Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Please note, this will delete Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connections/passwords.
Thanks,
Michael
