0.9mbps on a Saturday night, absolutely pathetic, 3 are by far the worst network out there for speeds, I recently switched to EE and find their speeds constant and stable, I have my 3 sim my work phone and still check on it from time to time, I feel sorry for all those stuck in contacts with 3, my advice, get out as soon as possible as it only gets worse.
P.s. my EE sim is giving me 20mbps stable, no throttling or limited speeds in peak times, something to think about.

Hello.
It's disappointing to hear you decided to move on to another network. In most cases you're going to find variances from network to network depending on where you are. There are areas where I have a much faster connection on one network than on another, then some where else it's the other way around.
The experience you've had isn't going to be the same as everyone else. There's no need to feel sorry for anyone for that reason. I hope you continue to enjoy your experience with EE, and hopefully in time you'll have better speeds on your Three SIM so that you can go back to using that again.
Pete.

My Three data has dropped from 90 mbps to 30 mbps (with contatnt drop outs) in the less than one year I have been with Three. Nothing has changed, location, router, etc.

Hi @foleybrown,
Did you get a chance to check our Network Status Checker to confirm if we had any known issues in the area? Have you been in touch with customer services, if so what have they advised?
Thanks,
Jonathan

My Three download speeds are now lower still. Today I got 11.08 Mbps download and only 0.21 Mbps upload.
Yesterday I put my TalkMobile sim into the Three router, without changing position or anything else, and straight away got 110.9 Mbps (yes, over 100) Download and 16.39 Mbps Upload.
Putting the Three sim back in the next test figures were 6.8 Mbps Download and 0.21 Mbps Upload. All within the space of 20 minutes. Router not moved at all.
I tried the same exercise with a Labara sim from my wife's phone and got even better figures. Both these sims run on Vodafone network.
These performance figures from Three are almost non-existent. Streaming TV programmes is difficult and even browsing the internet is slow and suffers hang-ups. Why should I be expected to pay over £22 a month for a service that is not in any way comparable to other providers?
No I haven't contacted Customer Services yet. Judging by other complaints on-line this will be a fruitless exercise.
But I will, even if just to confirm that Three are not bothered about customer satisfaction.

Network Status Checker says no problems. Haven't bothered with customer services yet. Latest Ookla test get a best of 17.87 mbps. It's been slowing down gradually. 12th October I got 84Mbps which was not unusual.
