Having tried the "helpline" whose only solution was to tell me to uninstall and reinstall the app I wonder if anyone with any actual experience has any other suggestions. I really only use the app to keep track of my data usage and what is left. Checking it today before a few days away all it shows, where the information would normally be, is a screen that says Remaining Allowances under which is a blue i in a blue circle (which has no link attached to it) and then under that the words There are no allowances and benefits to show. I tried to reregister in case that was the problem but was told the account exists, I then called customer service with the above result. Any help appreciated. Thank you.
