3 App log in not recognising my e mail address; fine on desktop log in

Using same log in credentials as when I log in on my PC, why does

the App not allow me to log in, saying e mail address not registered?

I've tried to re to reregister; same problem.

When I open the app, first page shows my 3 mobile number at base of screen; Pete, I've messaged you with image

of screen [e mail] refusal page.

I don’t have the app anymore but there should be an option in settings to clear the app cache. I suggest you try that or if that fails delete and reinstall the app.

Couldn't see cache option, so uninstalled/ installed; same error 😞

Hello, Geluk. 

That's really strange. It's definitely the same email address you are using on both desktop and phone? Can you try doing it on the browser of the phone as well to see how that responds?

Works on browser OK.
