I'm attempting to get presale for 5 seconds of Summer in Manchester. It says there is a three presale for this Wednesday but I can't see anything on the app. Three+ issues 10/11/2022 Three presale codes for concerts

Check on Ticketmaster when the presale for your concert is due to start and keep checking the app the presale starts. It seems that the code appears on the app when Ticketmaster start the presale.
