A nice gesture from Three

I received a nice text from Three this morning to advise me that they had added £10 credit to my PAYG SIM. The text gave a reason that was not easy to decipher - "INC ADJ" - but I have not been aware of any interruptions in service recently. The Three app is currently unavailable due to maintenance but I was notified in advance of that. 

@JonathanB - out of interest, have you any idea what "INC ADJ" means ? 

Needless to say, receipt of the text was a really nice gesture and is certainly a good way to promote customer loyalty.

Sorry it took a while to get back to you on this. It's Incident Adjustment, sorry we usually avoid that type of jargon in customer communications, but it's basically just where we've given credit as your number was identified in connection with a fault.

Good to hear the issue that triggered this didn't actually end up impacting your service at a time you were using it. 🙂
