Active lines not showing

  • Hi everyone, I had previously a few  SIM only contracts, I have used 2 different email addresses for these contracts , I have purchased a new SIM only contracts and trying to register on app/website , it's letting me register and access my account but then shows no active lines ? I spoken to customer service who advised to use a different email but when I use that it's shows the same issue , I tried to use a new email but this one is not letting me register at all? Any help or advise
