Add on added in error

Have tried to top up my mothers Mob - three pay as you go. I chose the wrong option and went for Add on 30 days unlimited minutes and texts instead of cash top up. Can I convert as there is no way she will use £35 worth of calls etc in one month. 
if it won’t convert will the add on be used ahead of any cash balance added previously 🙏

Any refunds of PAYG credit/add ons are at discretion of staff, but if you speak to customer services as @sc1999 suggested they'll certainly take a look for you.
