I have an unactivated 30 day add-on in my queue that says it expires on 15/9. Does it expire automatically on that day or 30 days after it is activated? Thank you.

Just to check, are you a Pay Monthly customer?
Can you tell us the name of the Add-on in question?
How did you add the Add-on? Was this via the Three app or My3?
Ultimately, if the Add-on has a specific expiration date we'd expect it to expire on that date. Let us know the above details though, and we'll find out more for you.

Misleading. An expiration date is the last day it can be used. An add on ‘expires’ on the day AFTER the expiration date.
