How can I turn off adult content
Wednesday
Hello @Dazz,
The kind advice given by Clivejo and Paddiewack should help you with getting your adult content filter switched off.
Were you able to do this in the end? Please let me know.
Thanks,
Michael

Can also turn it off and on, via the web account online - https://www.three.co.uk/account/manage-your-plan
However, since the Online Safety Act 2025, you may also have to submit to Age Checks on certain websites, including gaming, gambling, etc

If you mean you want to remove the adult content filter there are a number of options.
1) Via the Three app using a credit card.
2) Via a Three shop with your driving licence or passport.
3) Call customer service and ask them to do a soft credit search. This will confirm your eligibility and have zero impact on your credit score. Of course if you have a credit card you can use this when you call which would obviously negate the need for a soft credit check.
If you want to opt out of viewing adult content (There's a degree of ambiguity in your post) then you can do that, again via the app.
