Hello All. I recently started a new contract with a Samsung s22 via Mobile Phones Direct. I paid £195 upfront for the handset. The monthly rental bill is supposed to be £17 for 24 months but Three are trying to charge me £37 a month. I have tried online chat and speaking to customer services regarding this and I am getting nowhere. I have also complained to mobile phones direct a week ago and they are blaming three's system upgrades for the problems me and others are experiencing. Any one have any advice as I'm not prepared to be paying £20 a month more than I agreed to

It's disappointing to hear you're having this issue. I've had a look around at it seems like the £17 deal you mentioned fits more in line with what I'd expect. The £37 seems a bit excessive, so I think something might have went wrong during the set up. 

I'll send you a DM so that we can get some extra details from you and try to figure out what's going on with it.
