Can’t access ‘my account’ page in the three app.

My page loads blank when I login into the my account page on my app. Any pointers?

 

using an Iphone 13, had restartes my phone, updated ios, cleared cache and deleted/ reinstalled but it seems that the problem persists.

I have exactly the same on my PC when using either Edge, Chrome or Firefox. 

I connected to a VPN and it worked straight away. It seems that the problem occurs when using Three as your ISP when trying to access the Three website (you couldn't make it up). 

I have had this with a few sites where it does not like Three for some reason (NS&I is one example). But I would expect Three to be able to get their own site working on their own network.

Sorry to hear you've been having trouble accessing your account. The recent topics raised about My3 login issues were to do with some iPhone specific issues, but we'll do our best to help investigate this too.

From what you've shared this is an issue from your Three Broadband, are you able to confirm if it's only the PC affected, for example do you see the same issue on a mobile browser whilst connected to the Wi-Fi

In terms of the error or issue you're seeing is this a totally white screen, or with 3 circling blue dots, or do you see any specific error message? Let me know and I'll look into how we can check into this further.

I’m having this issue on my iPhone 15 where the app doesn’t load and when I try to load my account on web browser it loads with 3 blue dots and eventually says something went wrong.

That's not so good. There was an issue with the app in the last couple of days, are you still having the issue? If so, when was the last time you could get on?

Hey, Bald. 

That's not great. There is an issue with accessing the My3 service online through some apple devices. It's something that's currently being investigated, and hopefully you'll be able to get signed in again via your app soon. 

You can try and signing in through a windows PC or android device via the web for now, and you should have success there.
