Change my Name on my account

I have been attempting to change my surname on my account, I have sent a cover letter and proof of deed poll as requested. These are also the Instructions on Threes website. I have been waiting over a month with no contact from Three. I called and they told me to Email proof which I have done, I have called today as it is still not changed! They've said I need to email proof again?! Can someone please contact me regarding this. I have changed my name with every other company etc even my bank was easier than changing it with Three! @HelpMe
