Charged for a top-up but Three has no record of the transaction

Two days ago on April 21st 2024 I paid £10 for a top up. This was for a 10GB Data Pack.

I topped up online and received a "Your payment has been received" message

I can confirm the money has left my bank account, with a transaction cleared date of 22 April 2024.

However I do not actually have any data on my account.

I have talked to someone via web chat, who let me know that they do not have any record of the transaction from two days ago.

I would like to get the data I paid for added to my account, or I would like a refund of the £10 that Three has taken from my bank. I would appreciate any help or advice. Thanks.

You need to call them on 333 or speak to live chat again.
