Contract Ending Don't want to continue

P14
Fledgling

Hello, I have a contract that is ending on 25th may 2025 and I would like to end this contact instead of auto-renewing it. Also, i want to keep my Both Number.

Please let me know the process or you need any other information.

First thing to say is this isn’t customer service but as a general rule of thumb you need to port your number away from Three to your chosen network. Just get a PAC from Three, give it to your new network and ensure your number transfers on the day your contract ends. To obtain your code text PAC to 65075 and it’ll be supplied by return.

That’s it !

Hi @P14,

It sounds like you want to switch your numbers, so I've marked @Paddiewack's answer as a solution, but here's some more info just in case this helps.

When you reach the end of your term, your plan automatically rolls over, so this means you pay the same rate, but we don't extend your minimum term, you would just pay monthly till you arrange an upgrade, or cancel, or switch.

More info on switching is available here. Alternatively, if you get in touch, the team could look at SIM only plans, so that you can potentially pay less, and/or get a better plan for your needs. Upgrading doesn't neccessarily mean tying yourself in for another year or two, you can also enquire about 1 month rolling plans.

Thanks,
Jonathan
