Hi,
I have several contracts with Three and spend around £200.00 per month.
One contract was due to end on the 6th of September 2023 and I received an email on the 16 August advising me of the available options. As this was for a line and device no longer in use I called Customer Service to cancel the contract.
I spoke with a helpful person who following our conversation said he had cancelled this plan with 30 days notice.
Today, I received an email advising me this months bill is ready. I contacted Customer Support only to be told I would have to give 30 days notice if I want to cancel. Having already done this I don't wish to do this again especially if in the end the contract does not get cancelled.
I would be grateful if a member of staff could contact me regarding this.

Just to say thanks.
I received a text this morning saying my query has been resolved.
Upon checking the account in question is now closed.
