I am on the PAYG 10GB Data pack auto renew. I always top up 10£ a couple of days before it expires.This time I had 11£ credit balance.My pack expired 30-09-24 at 23:00 ,dont know why they did not renew it the same time and i got charged 2,79£ for data.What is going on with you 3?I had to top up again in order to auto renew the data pack. Unacceptable.
