Data pack active but no allowance

I baught a sim card with preloaded datapack . But when i try to make calls or use mobile data says no allowance . Now on my three account it says in add ons there is an active datapack wont even let me buy another.(not that i want to ) .

Cust service absoloutly appaling saying that there is no active datapack on account and it is not possible - calling me a liar basically . 

 

Anyone has a solution

That's quite strange, there would normally always be a trace of the add-on or anything else put onto the account. 

If you still haven't had success with the PAYG Support team, you can log a Complaint and the team there can perform an investigation into the situation for you.
