Three Mobile has added an issue to my credit rating account.
The credit rating agency refers to this issue as a "delinquency."
Consequently, I cannot obtain a mortgage until the matter is fully resolved. This has caused significant disruptions to my life due to this issue, which continues to have a severe impact until it is completely addressed. The issue arose from four late payments that had been swiftly resolved.
I have opened 6 cases which were closed without explanation or feedback.
so for clarity...
- My life is severely affected, impacting both my mental and physical health.
- I am unable to obtain a mortgage due to the actions of three mobile.
- According to both my bank and my credit rating agency, this issue can only be resolved by Three.
Any help here is greatly appreciated.
