Three Mobile has added an issue to my credit rating account.
The credit rating agency refers to this issue as a "delinquency."
Consequently, I cannot obtain a mortgage until the matter is fully resolved. This has caused significant disruptions to my life due to this issue, which continues to have a severe impact until it is completely addressed. The issue arose from four late payments that had been swiftly resolved.
I have opened 6 cases which were closed without explanation or feedback.
so for clarity...

Hello, EJ2025.
I'm sad to hear you're being impacted in this way by an entry on the credit report. A delinquency would indicate that at some point in the last 6 years there was a late payment made on the account.
You credit file needs to be an accurate reflection of how the account was handled, if there was a late payment in that time, there won't be anything the team can do to remove it, as this would make the report inaccurate. This is the only reason I can think of that the team would be unsuccessful in completing your request to remove the delinquency.
If you haven't had any late payments for any of your accounts in the last 6 years, and you feel the current delinquency is the inaccuracy, I'd recommend requesting for the team to confirm for you the date each bill was due, and the actual date that the payment was made. This should hopefully allow for the entry to be removed if there's no late payments in that time.
Pete.
