I ordered an upgrade 3 days ago and still haven’t received my device plan agreement so im obviously not able to E-Sign it and i just keep getting fobbed off with ‘I advise you to wait 24 hours and if you still haven’t received it come back to the chat’
Shocking customer service, seriously how hard can it be to send an Email?

Have you checked your spam or junk folders incase the email has gone into one of them folders?
