Fresh contract with Three.

From day 1 I can't login into my Three account Nor on App (iphone, Android) nor Windows Laptop (add blockers turned off).

Support can't help me in any way. Reseted my password, that's all they could do

Please kindly read the many other threads with other customers with the same issue. In short, Three have updated their systems, and its affected a load of customers. Login is only one of the problems. Check your bill too as you may find its missing any agreed discounts if you have purchased your contract from a third party such as fonehouse. No fix yet though from three. Sorry

Same problem here. The 3 guys on chat last night didn't seem to know anything about this. The final one said he'd definitely fixed it by 'refreshing my account'. Unfortunately it's not fixed.
