That's not so great, it normally shows up right away. Since a day has passed, did the add on finally start working? If not, it might be worth double checking if the payment definitely went through successfully.
If you still can't see a reason for it not going through, I'd recommend getting the account checked by popping through to the Support Team so it can be looked into.
