If you're looking to change your number to a different network you can text PAC to 65075 from your Three phone. You have 30 days to use the PAC code.

I called customer service and they said I can’t change a number which is on contract. Is this correct?

Hi @Jj,

We definitely have a process for changing your phone number. If you make multiple requests we may need to apply an admin fee for this though. We may have to decline or delay the request if there's other requests pending on your account, or if the account balance is overdue.

Did the team give you an explanation of why they couldn't update the number for you?
