Anyone else not received their DPD tracking details from pre-ordering the new I Phone?
Called Three various times today after being told on twice my new device would be delivered today as promised on the 20th following my pre-order last week. Just called again and been told it’s delayed until 9th October!
Awful customer service advising customers when clearly they don’t have the correct information to hand.
Of course this is all conveniently Apples fault, simply do not take so many pre-orders if you cannot fulfil orders and meet timeframes.
Considering leaving Three all together now!

Was told I would receive my phone on the 23 Oct when I renewed my contract and updated my phone 3 weeks ago. No delivery update and after calling I was told there is no delivery date and to expect delays.
Again another terrible upgrade experience that I've had with Three... I wont be upgrading with Three again.

I rang today 11/10 as i was meant to receive mine on the 10th they said they cant guarantee a delivery date and they would inform me when its due to be dispatched

Now they saying we will be receiving the phones on the 30th in 3 weeks time!!!!!!! Pathetic

i have been told that i will receive my phone on 2nd oct then it was pushed back to 9th oct now i had a chat with customer service they said we have no idea when it will arrive awful the way they handle pre orders they said they put a logistic investigation on the account how can one has no idea of where the phone is when it was pre ordered

We were told 20th then got a text saying 2nd October it's not the 1st and no tracking I called them and they told me the 9th too... I've taken the day off to be home for delivery tomorrow if I hadn't called I wouldn't have known it wasn't coming

My Order was supposed to arrive today, called customer support and they informed me the new delivery date is NOVEMBER 6th

My store doesn't even know when will I get my order and I was told to get it by today. Now all I have to do is wait mysteriously till I get text from the store.
