Ive got a sim only in March last year with 3 months free when it came to paying my first bill in June I was told it's not the number I'm calling from and asked if I still had the sim this confused me and assumed I'd somehow got the sim mixed up at some point just after the contract started I then collected a replacement a few days later and after putting it in my phone I checked my allowance to find that there was 89gig data left from the 120gig PM I should've had so I called customer service and asked why they couldn't say and opened a case to investigate in the coming days I was being told by friends and family that I wasn't replying to calls and text messages then a friend mentioned that me and someone else were texting on the same number I said impossible I dont speak to this guy but he was adamant that it was the case so after going to meet mr friend and looking at the messages on his phone I could clearly see that indeed we were using the very same number and I immediately called three who said it cant happen then after weeks of me pleading with them that it is happening they changed my number saying it'll fix the issue but only made things worse because my whatsapp number updated and the other guy logged into my original account also his recorded message appeared on my voicemail greeting clearly showing a number change did nothing and since then I've constantly call and visited the store just to be sent back and forth with no solution plus the causes I've opened just keep being closed and the reason for opening them are logged with totally false information and nothing like the issue I'm dealing with also I have struggled with depression and PTSD for over a decade and three are aware of this but seems that just means nothing so since June last year they've done nothing but a number change and give me the run around whilst hammering my credit file as I stated that I would only pay the bill when this is resolved can anyone advise me on how to get this resolved its caused my absolute hell and still is I dont know where else to turn and feel I'm going to end up with all the damage and be made to pay for all of this and I've done nothing but try to get help from three please can anyone help me

I'm sorry to hear about your experiences. As you've mentioned struggling with PTSD and depression you may wish to reach out to the Customer Wellness Team, they're a specialist team who help support our vulnerable customers.
The same number shouldn't be able to be connected to two SIMs at the same time, are we talking about a number you arranged to port in to Three from another provider, or was this a phone number that Three gave you when you took out the SIM plan you mentioned?
