I have registered on the app but when I log in getting 'Something went wrong' not a good start. Have re installed but no change. How do I sort this?

Hey, you'll see a lot of other people posting about this here (including me). It seems Three is having trouble with new accounts and they're working on fixing it "by the middle of next week" (at least that's what I was told).

I was told the same thing last Tuesday. Been on the phone and chat to customer service 5 times now and keep telling me the steps to register. Reminded me why I left Three, waiting until day 13 and cancelling to avoid being locked in to this mess
