I upgraded my IPad account and was still being charged for my previous account

I have been with three for over 20 years and have always had a good experience until recently- I upgraded my iPad account , where they gave me a new number a year ago, only to realise that I had been charged for 2 accounts. I tried explaining the situation only to be faced with rude customer service. My previous account was then cancelled and now I have received an outstanding bill. This is terrible service and terrible way to treat a longstanding customer. As soon as my current account expires I will be taking my service elsewhere. Not GOOD Three!
